Josh was very attentive and listened to what I wanted and my purpose. He offered alternatives and of those alternatives which was far better than my initial thoughts. I was impressed enough his acumen attention detail that I exceeded my budget and mentally planned for a long term relationship with this lovely gentleman who walks his talk and wow's his clients. 110% percent service. Highly impressed and I'm a fussy old girl with a history in community services. I'm remembered for pedantic attention to all the details and superior service for any patron,client or just a member of the community. Although there was a mishap with the same day delivery, Josh made sure to have it delivered the next day. I didn't get to surprise my friend with the gift since I had to ask if it was delivered. Nonetheless she appreciated the sweet gesture. Still a good experience overall.
