How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Standard delivery estimates after dispatch are 1–4 business days for VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, ACT and TAS, or 3–7 business days for WA and NT. Express estimates are 1–2 business days for the first group and 2–5 for WA and NT. Same-day delivery is available for eligible Melbourne Metro orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday. Options vary by product and postcode. How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email includes tracking information after dispatch. Use the tracking link to view the courier’s latest delivery estimate.

I ordered two or more items but only received one. Where is the rest?

Some orders are sent in more than one parcel, so items may arrive separately. Check the tracking information in your shipping emails and contact us if you need help locating the remaining items.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

Please check your spam or junk folder and the email address used at checkout. If the address is incorrect or you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us and we can help.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy. Contact us before sending anything back. The policy explains eligibility, exclusions, return instructions and the process for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. Read the full returns policy.
