What delivery options do you offer?
Australia-wide shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Melbourne Metro only:
- Next Day Delivery: Arrives the next business day.
- Same Day Delivery: Delivered the same day if ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
What time will my hamper be delivered?
Deliveries usually occur between 9am–5pm on business days. During peak periods, deliveries may extend beyond these hours. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
How much does delivery cost?
- Standard Shipping: $13.95 (Free for orders over $150)
- Express Shipping: $17.95
- Melbourne Next Day: $20.95
- Melbourne Same Day: $25.95
Which suburbs qualify for same-day delivery?
Please check our delivery suburbs list to see if you're eligible.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Within 30 minutes of ordering: use the self-service tool in your confirmation email.
After 30 minutes: contact us via contact form or call 1300 618 530. A $20 fee applies for changes in transit.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, but we recommend including ward/room numbers and confirming with the hospital first. Deliveries may be delayed due to internal procedures.
Which shipping option should I choose?
- Urgent deliveries in Melbourne: choose Same Day or Next Day.
- Other locations or less time-sensitive: choose Standard or Express.
Can the courier call the recipient?
We include the recipient's phone number if provided, but couriers cannot guarantee a call. If no one is home, the parcel may be left in a safe spot, taken to a collection point, or returned (redelivery fees apply).
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide, including rural areas. Some remote areas may require pickup from a nearby post office.
What happens if no one is home?
If the parcel cannot be left safely, it will be taken to an Australia Post location or returned to us for redelivery (fees apply).
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You will receive tracking via email after dispatch. For Same Day deliveries, SMS tracking is available if a phone number is provided.
How long will my order take? What about bulk orders?
- Standard: 2–7 business days
- Express: 1–4 business days
- Melbourne Next Day: next business day
- Melbourne Same Day: same day (if ordered before 2pm)
For bulk orders: Ready-made hampers ship fast; custom hampers depend on stock and complexity.
What if my hamper is returned?
If returned due to incorrect address or missed collection, we’ll notify you. Resending will incur a $20 fee.
Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes, but remote areas may require pickup from a local post office.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
We deliver on weekdays only. Rare exceptions may apply during peak periods.
How will the recipient know who sent the hamper?
A complimentary gift card with your personalised message (up to 400 characters) is included with every hamper.
How are hampers protected during delivery?
We use protective materials like wood wool, tissue paper, and bottle wraps. If damage occurs, we’ll replace the hamper (subject to stock).
Do you deliver donuts interstate?
No. Donuts are only available for Melbourne Metro deliveries. See our delivery suburbs for details.
