    Ordered from Canada for a delivery in Brisbane and it was easy. Recipients loved it. I did pay the extra for 2-4day delivery and it came within the time frame.

    I ordered same day delivery and the parcel didn’t arrive until the next morning. I messaged to enquire about this and did not receive a response. The recipient hasn’t been able to get the hamper yet because of this delay so I don’t know how it was received unfortunately. I thought the value seemed good but I chose this company purely because of the ability to provide same day delivery so it’s a shame they weren’t able to do that and I didn’t receive any message to explain or apologise.
