The 2pm cut-off for same-day delivery within metropolitan Melbourne is brilliant (I actually ordered after 2pm and it was delivered by early afternoon the following day). You get real time email & SMS tracking from the courier, so you can keep tabs on delivery (which was very reassuring). The whole process from selection & ordering to delivery was very smooth and I would definitely be happy to use Purely Gourmet again.

    Purchased online, very simple process. Delivery was super fast, unfortunately the recipient was not at home. A little confusion on where the hamper was as the tracking stated complete as opposed to returned to the warehouse. Josh was very helpful and went above and beyond to get it to the recipient. Highly recommend.
